Tatachilla Middle Years will be tackling the Walk My Way challenge on the last school day for 2025 to support children impacted by poverty and war. 

Walk My Way is a walking challenge that gives students the opportunity to take practical steps to support vulnerable children.

This year we’re stepping out together as part of ALWS’ goal of supporting 75,000 children with the essentials for a happy, healthy life – food, school and safety. The funds we raise will support vulnerable children impacted by poverty and war in Somalia, South Sudan, Kenya, Burundi, Bangladesh, Nepal and Ukraine.
 
We need your help to bring care and love to these children. 

Just $25 can change the future for a vulnerable child. 

For example:
$25 can provide a school kit for a refugee child in Kakuma refugee camp, Kenya.
$25 can provide 5kg of maize seeds to four families in Burundi so they can provide food for their children. 
$25 can provide a hygiene kit for a young child in South Sudan.
$25 can provide clean drinking water for a month for a child impacted by war in Ukraine.
$25 can provide emergency food assistance for school children in Bangladesh.
$25 can provide school kits for children affected by floods in Nepal.
$25 can provide one month’s porridge ration for a family in Somalia.
